Areas of Focus

Anxiety & Mood
Anxiety and mood concerns can show up as persistent worry, irritability, low motivation, changes in sleep or appetite, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks. We work with children, teens, and adults to notice patterns, build coping skills, and create small, sustainable shifts that support daily functioning and emotional balance.

PTSD & Trauma
PTSD and trauma-related concerns may involve intrusive memories, feeling on edge, avoiding reminders, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. We offer trauma-informed care for children, adolescents, and adults, helping you understand your nervous system, increase safety and stability, and move toward more choice in how you respond to stress.

ADHD & Executive Functioning
ADHD and executive functioning differences can affect focus, organization, time management, school or work performance, and daily routines at home. We take a neurodivergent-affirming approach with kids, teens, and adults, supporting practical strategies, self-advocacy, and environments that fit how your brain works rather than asking you to "just try harder."

Burnout & Compassion Fatigue
Burnout and compassion fatigue can develop when ongoing demands at home, school, work, or in caregiving roles leave you feeling emotionally drained, detached, or ineffective. We work with adolescents and adults to recognize early signs of burnout, set boundaries, reconnect with values, and build rhythms of rest and support that fit your real life.

Relationship Concerns
Relationship concerns may include frequent conflict, distance, communication breakdowns, shifting family roles, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. We support individuals, couples, and families in strengthening communication, increasing understanding, and practicing new ways of relating that honor each person’s needs and limits.

Life Transitions & Purpose
Life transitions and questions of purpose can arise around developmental changes, moves, school or job changes, identity shifts, grief and loss, or changes in family structure. We walk alongside children, teens, and adults as they navigate these seasons, make sense of what is changing, and identify supports and next steps that feel grounded and realistic.
