Purpose Builders LLC participates with a number of insurance plans and employee assistance programs. Coverage varies by plan, network, service, and eligibility, so benefits should be verified before beginning care.
Insurance
Purpose Builders LLC currently participates with Highmark / Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. Coverage varies by individual plan, network, service, and eligibility. Participation with an insurance company does not guarantee that every plan includes Purpose Builders LLC as an in-network provider. Purpose Builders LLC does not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Employee Assistance Programs
Purpose Builders LLC participates with select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), including Magellan. Authorization requirements, session limits, and coverage rules vary by employer and program.
Private Pay
Private-pay options may be available. Current fees can be provided during the intake or service-request process.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care. You may request an estimate before scheduling services or receive one after scheduling when required by federal law.
